Gift Cards Policy

By using your SkinFitness Gift Card or Promotion Card (the "SkinFitness Gift Card") and/or the SkinFitness website located at https://skinfitness.com.sg/the-perfect-gift-card (the "Website"), you agree to the following terms of use:

Authorised Use:

The SkinFitness Gift Card may only be used for making authorised purchases at participating SkinFitness retail locations and through the Website ("Participating Locations"). SkinFitness Gift Cards will only be sold in and from Singapore.

Present your SkinFitness Gift Card to the receptionist at a Participating Location at the time of purchase and the card's available balance will be applied toward your authorised purchase. SkinFitness Gift Cards may not be used towards the purchase of a SkinFitness membership program.

SkinFitness Gift Cards expire 24 months after the date of issue and have no fees.

Use of the SkinFitness name, logo, trade dress (including any image/likeness of the SkinFitness Gift Cards) or trademarks (or those of any of its subsidiaries, franchisees or affiliates) in connection with the purchase or use of SkinFitness Gift Cards is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, the use ofSkinFitness Gift Cards in any manner that states or implies that any person, Website, business, product or service is endorsed or sponsored by, or otherwise affiliated with,SkinFitness or any of its subsidiaries, franchisees or affiliates is prohibited. 

Balance and Billing Inquiries:

We reserve the right to correct your SkinFitness Gift Card account if we believe that a clerical, billing, or accounting error occurred. If you have questions or concerns regarding your SkinFitness Gift Card, including your transaction history, please contact us at contact-us@skinfitness.com.sg

Delivery of SkinFitness Gift Cards:

If ordered before midday, SkinFitness promises same day delivery throughout Singapore of your SkinFitness Gift Card. Unused SkinFitness Gift Cards cannot be returned. 

Acceptance of Terms:

The SkinFitness Gift Card program has no predetermined termination date and may continue until such time as SkinFitness decides to terminate the issuance of the SkinFitness Gift Cards. SkinFitness may terminate the issuance of SkinFitness Gift Cards at any time, with or without notice. SkinFitness may modify any of the terms of service governing use of the SkinFitness Gift Cards at any time, with or without notice, even though these changes may affect your ability to use your SkinFitness Gift Card, subject to our compliance with applicable laws. Your continued use of the SkinFitness Gift Cards constitutes your acceptance of any changes to these Terms of Service. You are responsible for remaining knowledgeable as to any changes that SkinFitness may make to these Terms of Service. The most current version of these Terms of Service will be available on the Website here and will supersede all previous versions of these Terms of Service. 

LOYALTY Terms of Service

SkinFitness reserves the right to modify or cancel the Loyalty program at any time.
Loyalty points can only be redeemed once.
If you return any of the items purchased with Loyalty points, the Loyalty discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.
From 1/1/19 points can not be earned against discounted products or services, promotions, packages or subscriptions
LOYALTY points are applied to a Gift Card at point of redemption and to the person who is redeeming it and not at the point of sale
